They responded immediately and came out to inspect the home the next morning. He took samples of mold area for lab evaluation and air quality samples to check for mold in the air around the affected area. I was impressed with the thorough process used to check for mold. Mr Riddick the owner checked the air outside that was in close proximity to affected area. He answered all the questions and provided a date for the results of the inspection. Mr Riddick did an outstanding job and would highly recommend him for his service."

"Professional from beginning to finish of the job!!  Installed Radon system from the basement and had it run outside the house on the side corner where the system is not noticable.  Technican was quick but thorough and cleaned up after himself.  He

"We needed to have shutters replaced on our townhouse. I moved to the DC area from the Midwest not that long ago and didn't "have a guy" for stuff like this. I am very happy to say, that I now "have a guy."
Justin was prompt, polite and very friendly during the entire process. One the first visit, I gave him the "laundry list" of other things that needed to be done. He priced them all in a written estimate. I just wanted to try out his company to see how things went before we started with the bigger items on the list. Things went so well, I will definitely be calling him again. In fact, I am writing this review after contacting him to work on another item from the "laundry list." The pricing was a little higher than I expected. But, 1) that could be coming from my Midwestern pricing experience and 2) the service and quality of work were definitely worth it.
Also, the immediate help I received from an unexpected event between the time I first called Justin and his first visit on site was a life saver. After I called to set up the estimate, there was a sudden storm that sent a power surge through the house and knocked out the air conditioning. Justin was coming over the next evening and I asked him for help when he arrived. (the summer in DC without air conditioning? no thank you very much). He made a call and someone was at my door the next day. I was expecting over the top pricing, but it was very fair and reasonable.
Overall, Justin and the folks he sent to do the work were friendly, efficient, polite and got the job done to my expectations. Will definitely be using Adam Contracting as "my guys" now.

"The results showed that I did not have any mold. He offered to remove the insulation in my attic and blow in new insulation. I would recommend him. He did what I asked him to do. They were the same price as everyone else. I got the results quickly, he came on a Friday and I got the results by the next Tuesday. The results were easy to read. I called them to make sure that I was reading it right and she pulled it up and reassured me that I was free of mold. I did feel that it was a steep price. It was a thorough analysis. I am thinking about calling them again."
